Andrea Armstrong provides professional court-ordered supervised visitation and monitored custody exchanges throughout Los Angeles County and Ventura County. All monitors are trained to California Rule of Court 5.20 standards.
A Rule 5.20 certified monitor is present for the entire parent-child visit — in-home or at a neutral community location. Every session is documented in a detailed, court-accepted report. Available throughout Los Angeles County and Ventura County, 7 days a week.
A neutral third-party monitor oversees the child transfer between parents — ensuring safe, conflict-free handoffs without requiring either parent to interact. Thorough documentation is provided for all exchanges, compliant with California Rule 5.20 standards.
